Together we will design a vegan protocol that works for you – we will look at the kinds of foods you do want to be eating and the kinds you don’t. We will also look at how to replace most of your old time favourites.

Beat the cravings
One of the biggest reasons that people give up on their vegan journey is they just can’t beat the cravings. I am going to show you how.
There are always going to be obstacles between you and your goals, both physical and emotional. Learn how to identify them and overcome them.

What’s included in this program?
60 minute discovery session
In this session we will talk about your plans and dreams about going vegan. We will look at where you are now, and where you want to be and make a plan to bridge that gap so you will be SUCCESSFULLY vegan.
5 x 40 minute coaching sessions
Each week we will get together for a 40 minute coaching session – each one specially designed to help you move closer and closer towards your vegan goal. The aim of these sessions is twofold. Firstly to help you understand yourself and develop the mindset you need to make a lasting change. And secondly to arm you with the confidence and tools you need to go out there and start making things happen. It’s exciting, it’s challenging but it is going to be fun. We will look at your blocks and challenges and I will arm you with techniques to overcome all of them.
Email support throughout the program
You will have full email support from me throughout the program. If you have a question or a concern or just need to know that someone has your back; you will be able to flick me an email any time.
